  • How much is the rebate amount?
    The rebate amount varies depending on the purchase price of the home, but it can range from 1% to 2%. If you sell your current home with us you can get a 2% rebate on a new construction home!
  • What types of homes are eligible for a rebate?
    Any new construction home in the areas listed HERE, that is not yet occupied and has not been previously owned is eligible for our rebate program.
  • When will I receive my rebate?
    Once the home sale has closed and the rebate has been approved, it typically takes 4-6 weeks to receive the rebate check.
  • Can I still work with my own real estate agent?
    Yes, you can still work with your own real estate agent. Our rebate program is designed to work with any real estate agent, as long as they are willing to work with us.
  • Are there any restrictions on which builders and lenders are eligible for the rebate program?
    No, there are no restrictions on which builders or lenders you can work with in order to qualify for our rebate program. As long as the home is a newly constructed home in Texas and you meet our other eligibility requirements, you can receive a rebate.
  • Can I use the rebate towards my down payment or closing costs?
    Yes, you can use the rebate towards your down payment or closing costs. However, please consult with your lender to ensure that they will allow you to use the rebate towards these costs.
  • Is the rebate taxable?
    We recommend that you consult with a tax professional to determine if the rebate is taxable. In general, rebates on home purchases are not considered taxable income, but it's always best to consult with an expert.
